For restaurants who want to keep an updated wine list on their site, but don’t have the time or technical knowledge to do it, InVine has just released a feature you’ll definitely enjoy using.
You can now publish your wine list online on a PDF, which will be always up to date so you don’t need to worry about changing your website ever again.
Go on the Print menu for the List (it’s the 
icon in top right corner) and you’ll find these options:
There you’ll find a new option called Publish PDF Menu Online, which opens up the following screen:
When you turn on your Public PDF, you’ll get a link like the one above, which you can add to your website. Every time you generate a new pdf document we will update the the contents of the link, so there’s no need to worry about updating the website, the link stays the same.
Now, using it this way you still have to press the Generate new pdf button to update your list. If you want to make it even easier, you can turn on the second option on the screen above, which will update the pdf document every time you push an update to your digital wine list devices.
